5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation for eligible COD orders) and acceptance by House of Gulmarg.

Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Payment authorization fails.
Incorrect customer information has been provided.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Product Care

Our jewellery is crafted using premium materials and should be handled with care.

Store jewellery in the provided pouch or jewellery box.
Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.

Improper handling or misuse is not covered under our return or replacement policy.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Every product undergoes multiple quality inspections before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

Product photographs
Packaging photographs
Unboxing video (recommended)

Upon verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

12. Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the shipment is returned due to:

Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to provide OTP (where applicable)

the customer will be responsible for applicable re-shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery orders returned to our warehouse may only be re-dispatched after successful prepaid payment of the order value and shipping charges.
